In the Binjiang Center of Xuhui District, Shanghai, the park was built on the Lot 5 with a total construction area of 125,000 square meters (divided into buildings #1, #2 and #3), of which building #2 is a commercial complex with 120 stores and the rest are Grade A office buildings. As a demonstration model site for the Group, the Binjiang Center of the Eastern Airline shall support the composite operation and management service scenarios of a multi-industry park, meet the growth of business and respond to changes in demand with sufficient forward-looking design and platform expansion.
  For the comprehensive management of the several parks of the Eastern Airline, there are many problems for the unified management: the operations of sub-systems, operations of facilities, data sources and data amount are unclear, and a unified smart park management platform is in need to manage the equipment and facilities in several parks, so as to “clearly watch, understand, count and manage” the parks.
